
YASUZAWA SEKKEI
is an Amsterdam-based solo (architectural and spatial) design practice owned by Chisato Yasuzawa.

She studied architecture at Chiba University in Japan and University of East London in the UK and gained Master of Architecture from University of East London.
After her study, She has worked for several architecture offices in Tokyo, Dublin and London. In 2010, she returned to Chiba University as a post-graduate research student and attended Architecture History and Theory Lab to study historical buildings conservation. She also gained practical experience in the conservation field in Japan and Ireland.
She moved to Amsterdam in November 2016 and set up her own design practice Yasuzawa Sekkei. She is also a member of Berlin-based Japanese craft art team, OMEN.
Currently She is passionate about enhancing her art project, Found Landscape.

千葉大学、イーストロンドン大学で建築を学んだ後、
ロンドン、ダブリン、東京の設計事務所で働く。
千葉大学、建築史研究室にて研究生として保存修復を学んだ後、東京とダブリンの保存修復設計事務所で経験を積む。
現在はアムステルダムを拠点に安沢設計をはじめました。
OMENというベルリン拠点のおめんづくりグループのグループのメンバー。
ナラティブアプローチをテーマにしたプロジェクト、Found Landscapeに取り組んでいる。
